Kurt's been in Florida this week for training. He comes home tomorrow and this has been the slowest week of my life! Today the kids were off of school so we headed to the pumpkin patch. I think the girls were excited, but when I woke up Reece he wasn't too pleased. When I told him I've been talking about it all week he said:

"Mom, I haven't heard you say the words 'pumpkin patch' in 5 years."

I dragged him along and I think he had fun even if he won't admit it. I think the prize goes to the pumpkin catapult. Here are the boys picking out their ammo...

We never hit the actual targets, but we hit the cars and sometimes overshot. It was a blast!

Coming in at a close second was the corn maze. Way fun and HARD! After we figured where we were on the map we had it down but that took an embarrassing amount of time. Tayler and my mom were with me, my dad went alone and Reece, Matt, and Kenzie were together (they were done WAY before us - they rocked the maze)

This is where we found them waiting for us...

The rest of the time we just walked around. It was a perfect day with warm sunshine and we had a great time. For sure Kurt's coming with us next year - he'd love that catapult!
