My teams yard sale was last weekend and I've just now recovered. What a ton of work! We not only had stuff from our 5 houses, but many people donated stuff for us to sell as well. We made around $1500 towards the cause ~ horray! We ended up with a few big items that we're going to try selling online. We'll see how that goes. These pictures are of the second day ~ Friday was the busiest by the time I took these lots of merchandise had been sold.

This week I've been trying to catch up with some purses, I'm just about done. I want to get them shipped soon so I can actually have some time off. Plus it's finally getting hot here so my sewing room upstairs is pretty unbearable. But we've been enjoying the sun! It's great that summer has finally arrived in Maple Valley. Wednesday was my moms birthday. We had adult family night at the temple to celebrate with Red Robin afterwards. Tomorrow the whole fam will celebrate at mom and dads. Yesterday we picked strawberries ~ no jam yet, but I did get them cleaned and ready for jam. That will be next weeks project. Matthew just got back from youth conference and he had a really fun time. I'm so thankful to live in such a great area where the church is strong and growing, and that my kids are growing up with such wonderful youth. They are so much stronger than I ever was, I watch them and I am amazed. They have so many trials and temptations facing them everyday, and while nobody can be perfect, they are trying their best to keep the commandments and gain a strong testimony. They are awesome!
