It's true. Kenzie is 13 and has been for quite a few days and I still can hardly believe it! I think she had fun celebrating last week. Wednesday was the real day but Wednesdays the kids have mutual so we had our quick family party that night. She got breakfast for dinner and opened her presents from the fam.
Reece's funny card - I think he doesn't like his sisters getting older either - he drew her a card that says "happy 7th birthday" and something like "I would've given you money but I'm broke" Funny kid.
This is another attempt at a cake-boss-ish cake. I've been practicing with fondant a couple times and I think it turned out pretty well. Kenzie loved it.
Bottom layer: Chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting.
Top layer: Yellow cake with coconut/pineapple filling and chocolate frosting.
Yum-yum-yummo
I made the cake for her party Friday night. Lots of cute girls were here and they had a good time together. They are loud - VERY LOUD - but very fun. 3 of these girls have been coming to Kenzie's parties since they were 5. It's awesome to watch them grow up and still be friends - it cracks me up to listen to them talk about school and boys. Most of them are taller than me!

You amazing woman! Is there anything you can't do? I don't think can't is in your vocabulary, am I right? The cake is gorgeous! As is your whole family. :O)
