and let the concerts begin...

The high school's first choir concert was last night, Kenzie's is tomorrow at the junior high, and Tayler has one next week at the middle school.  It's crazy busy but I still enjoy them and love that my kids love to sing. 

For the record: Reece has an amazing voice if you ever get to hear it.  He's a sing-in-private kind of guy. 

Matt was less than excited to wear his new Jazz choir shirt... "it's baby pink" 

But I think they looked nice all together - plus I love their skinny ties.  The girls will eventually have black dresses with pink sashes or something, they just haven't arrived yet.
I have to say that listening to the scatting is still very painful for me and I don't know if I'll ever be comfortable with it.  I was scarred too deeply in high school having to scat... I think they are very brave but I cringe every time!  

Matthew's also in Chamber choir and they're really good.
