master bath makeover

First of all, thanks for all the emails and you'll get an invite probably Monday.

After the kids bathroom redo back in February I was so excited to do our bathroom.  I had it planned in my head but didn't have time til after school started.  Now it's done and it's beautiful and I love it!

The lovely burn/melted bump in the middle of our counter...

 In 11 years this bathroom has been repainted/wallpapered, oh, I think 4 or 5 times.  The blue sky ceiling was from a garden theme from 6 years ago?  I can't remember.

 Starting to paint...

 New beautiful cupboards!

 I added feet!

 Next we said goodbye to that nasty counter top, sinks and faucets.

And added pretty tile...

 We also said adios to the old light fixture. 
My phone doesn't light taking pics of lights I guess.

Now for my favorite part - framing the mirror! 

 Kurt's a genius.  Did you know?  When I did the kids mirror I wanted to cry.  He came to my rescue with shower curtain rods to hold on the molding til the glue dried.  Told you - genius!

 Next I made a shower curtain I found on pinterest.  Milly wanted to get in on the action...

It took 3 full, FULL days but it was SOOOO worth it!  See??

 Oh I LOVE IT!!!

So there you go.  My new beautifully lovely new bathroom.  Next project?  I would LOVE to redo the floor in there AND I really want to redo my kitchen but I'm afraid those will have to wait a while.
